Careers

We're looking for the people who'll build this with us.

MindTherapy is in early access, supporting kids and their families through autism therapy. Two specific gaps need filling (one clinical, one commercial) and we'd rather find them honestly than over-hire.

Part-time advisory

Clinic Advisor

A clinician who works with autistic kids (speech therapist, psychologist, occupational therapist, or behavioural specialist) to advise on what gets built and flag anything that ignores how clinical practice actually works.

Who you are

  • Five-plus years working clinically with autistic kids and their families.
  • You've used the existing tools and can articulate exactly what's broken about them.
  • Comfortable making safety calls: what helps, what hurts, what shouldn't be in a kid's hands without supervision.

What you'd do

  • Review session and parent-report flows before they ship.
  • Be the voice in product calls when a feature might cross a clinical line.
  • Shape what we build next. The roadmap is open.

Co-founder · full-time preferred

Hustler Co-founder

MindTherapy has a product. What it doesn't have is someone whose job is making sure the world finds it. Marketing, GTM, partnerships. The kind of person who's done zero-to-one growth before.

Who you are

  • Marketing, growth, or business-development background. You've owned GTM on an early-stage product.
  • Comfortable with zero-to-one ambiguity: building funnels, finding channels, doing things that don't scale.
  • You can write, and you can adjust the pitch on the fly with clinicians, parents, and partners.

What you'd do

  • Own go-to-market end-to-end. Channels, funnels, content, partnerships, all yours.
  • Build relationships with clinics, schools, and parent communities in Portugal and Brazil.
  • Co-founder, not employee. Equal say on the roadmap, the pitch, the company.

Not the right role, but want to talk?

We're a small team and we trade equity for commitment. If you'd want to be part of this, tell us what you'd want to do here.
