No family will ever get an invoice from Caju

We know how this usually goes: an app arrives free, the child grows attached to it, and then the subscription shows up. That is not what happens here. What a family uses today stays free, with no deadline and without moving behind a paid plan. The clinics, schools and hospitals working with many children are what pay the bills, and that is what keeps Caju free for the people at home.

Is it really free forever for families?
Yes. Nothing a family uses today will move behind a paid plan, and we will never ask for a credit card to keep using what you already use. If you find anything in Caju that contradicts this, it is our mistake and we want to hear about it: write to support@trycaju.com.
What does the free account include?
All of it. AAC boards, visual routines, stories, sequences, writing games, parent reports, your child's profile, and printable materials. AI image and audio generation is included too, with a monthly limit.
I have more than one child at home. What then?
The family account includes one child profile. If you have more than one child who would benefit from Caju, write to support@trycaju.com and we will sort it out with you. We do not want a family left out over this.
If it is free, how does Caju sustain itself?
Through institutions. Clinics, schools and hospitals using Caju with many children pay for higher AI limits across the team, priority support and close follow-up. That work pays the bills, and it is what lets a family at home pay nothing.
I am a therapist using Caju on my own. Is it free for me too?
You get a free month, with no card, and then €14.90 a month (€19.90 from 1 January). The lifetime commitment is to families: what a parent uses at home is free, full stop. People who use Caju in their work help sustain that.
Why do the AI features have limits?
Because every generated image and audio clip costs real money out of our own pocket. Monthly limits are what make free sustainable instead of a promise that collapses. Everything else in Caju is unlimited: boards, routines, stories, sequences and printing.
What about my data?
Your account, your content and your reports stay yours. Nothing is held back to pressure you and nothing is deleted to force a payment. You can export or delete your account whenever you want.
