Is there a free plan?
No. Every account, family or professional, needs an active trial or paid plan to use Caju: boards, routines, AI generation, all of it. Every plan starts with a free trial (7 days for families, 14 for professionals), a card is required to start it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
What does a plan include?
AAC boards, visual routines, sequences, writing games, parent reports, your child's profile, printable materials, and AI-generated content (images, voice, smart boards and stories) with a monthly allowance.
I have more than one child at home. What then?
The family account includes one child profile. If you have more than one child who would benefit from Caju, write to support@trycaju.com and we will sort it out with you. We do not want a family left out over this.
How does Caju sustain itself?
Every AI generation costs us real money, so families and professionals each contribute through a monthly plan after their free trial, and clinics, schools and hospitals using Caju with many children arrange higher AI limits, priority support and close follow-up directly with us.
I am a therapist using Caju on my own. What does it cost me?
A free 14-day trial, card required, nothing charged until it ends. After that, €14.90 a month (€19.90 from 1 January). It includes a listing in the Caju directory, as a professional or a clinic, at no extra cost.
Why do the AI features have limits?
Because every generated image, audio clip and picture story costs real money out of our own pocket. Monthly limits, on a plan you can trial for free first, are what make this sustainable. Boards, routines, sequences and printing have no separate limit of their own once your plan is active.
What about my data?
Your account, your content and your reports stay yours. Nothing is held back to pressure you and nothing is deleted to force a payment. You can export or delete your account whenever you want.
